Well that doesn't surprise me at all. We use ADP and they are the absolute worst with custoemr service and returnig phone calls. We are considering new vendors particularly for this reason.

Good luck!

I did a short, but very successful (President's Club, Rookie of the Year), stint at ADP a few years ago. They are a world class sales organization (in the USA, other places not so much). Their sales training really focuses on demand generation and local initiative - an entrepreneurial approach with lots of individual accountability. So the notion of advertising on a comparative tool like this is anathema to them - i.e. by the time a company starts looking to fix a problem, you are already too late to help them. That's how I interpreted it, and it works insanely well for me to this day (thanks Tony R!).
I agree with them, but IMO it never hurts to supplement your spear fishing by throwing a net in the water from time to time. I think you have crafted a nice net here.
Maybe you need to talk to someone higher up in marketing - just tell them Ultimate is on the tool and they might bite.

This is one of the reasons we dropped one of them from being a vendor with our company. During the past couple of years they seem to have lost focus on their customer service and have been very difficult to reach on the phone. It is sad too, because they used to have an excellent reputation in the market. So, we fired them and went with another service provider - with much better results.

But your experience resonates with our experience.

It's crazy that they don't return calls. You'd think that they'd want to be on the board!
