I fully understand that representatives employed with our HRIS vendors also offer important industry advice. In order to extract some of this wisdom for our site’s visitors, I recently created a standard set of vendor interview questions which I sent to all of our existing vendors.

New Orleans in the fall, winter, or spring has a lot of character and can be a nice place to visit if you are careful; but IN THE SUMMER? No pun intended but the choice stinks.

In January 2009, we sent out a vendor satisfaction survey to participating vendors of CompareHRIS.com. Based on this feedback and input from our site’s users, we continue to expand and improve our service for both HR software prospects and HR software vendors.

HRIS Software – Tips on Checking References

Checking References on HR systems in which you are interested is always a good idea. If HRIS Vendors can’t provide references, or a reference provides a poor opinion of the HR software, that is certainly a red flag.
