HRIS Software and HRMS Software Selection Just Got Easier

Over 1,000 HR Professionals have now used the CompareHRIS.com HRIS/HRMS Selection tool

I came up with the concept of CompareHRIS.com and our HR Information Systems selection tool in the summer of 2007. I developed the site and the tool after I searched the web for what I felt should have been there. I was looking for additional systems I could offer to my clients with my prior HR software reseller business and wanted to compare and contrast the various HR solutions on the market.
 
I found other comparison sites but none offered the detail or expertise needed for me to determine which, if any, new systems I should offer to my prospects. Then I thought if I can’t find a site that compares these systems, what are those who are looking for a HRMS software system doing? I made the decision to create what are now CompareHRIS.com and our HRIS selection tool.
 
As of last month, we hit our 1 year anniversary with over 30,000 HR professionals from over 160 countries visiting our site. Over 1,000 HR professionals have now used our tool for their HRIS selection needs.
 
I eagerly wait to see what the next year brings.
