CompareHRIS.com plans to make HR Software Selection Fun

Yes, you read that correctly. Between now and year-end we will be announcing a number of cash prize contests for our site’s visitors. The goal is to add a little fun to the task of selecting HR software systems and, at the same time, to reward our site’s visitors for their support. I am honestly flattered by the number of people who visit CompareHRIS.com and HR-softwareblog.com and find our free tools and services helpful. At the HR tech show last October, I met a number of our site’s visitors and I received helpful input from a few of them. When you work in front of a computer screen 50 to 70 hours a week, trust me, human interaction which is not by email is appreciated.

 

June ‘09 CompareHRIS.com $500 cash contest “Where’s Claydough”

 

Sort of like “Where’s Waldo” but a little different. I will be attending the SHRM show in New Orleans later this month and will be walking the exhibition hall chatting with our existing vendors and prospective vendors. I will be wearing a shirt that has a CompareHRIS.com Logo on it. In my pocket, I will have five crisp $100 bills. Starting Monday morning, June 29^th on the exhibition floor, the first five people who are not wearing a vendor shirt and walk up and say “Hi, Clay.” Will get one of the $100 bills. I won’t have a booth so don’t think it’s that easy. There will be a lot of people on the floor. It’s easier to find Waldo. Truthfully, I never thought that was very hard. 

Be one of the first five to find me, starting Monday morning at the SHRM conference in New Orleans, for $100 cash. 

After the show, we will announce the winners and the details for the next contest in our newsletter, our blog, and a press release.
